Perfect as per usual!

We already had a bespoke oak tv unit from another company but wanted to change the glass middle shelf to wood.
Contacted True North Bespoke who were more than helpful, gave advice and created our shelf within 2 days.
Definitely recommend, very very happy with the quality of the shelf, tv unit is now absolutely perfect.

I was looking for desk legs that were a little longer than standard, as my son is very tall. These were just the job and were dispatched very quickly. True North Bespoke got back to me with an answer quickly when I had a query, too. Would recommend.

This plinth was designed perfectly for my needs. It was exactly what I wanted and it will be used for a long time into the future. The support and advice was great and I’d happily buy other products if I had a need. :)

I wanted a desktop made to fit into a bay window and sit on a standing desk frame - with it being an awkward shape, I was guided through how to make a template, checking measurements etc and the different wood options. Scott was very patient with me and gave me lots of information to make decisions. I love the desktop and will definitely be getting other bespoke items made in the future! Thanks

Incredibly happy with the unit. When I turned up to collect it completely exceeded my expectation. We wanted something very specific and had an image of what we wanted. I passed the image on and from then on the service I got was spot on. We received CAD drawings of the unit which helps massively and then from the drawings discussed what we wanted. Scott was very helpful also giving us advice about what may work best with regards to drawers etc. Communication was faultless from start to finish. Absolutely delighted with my purchases. Ordered shelves and matching tv cabinet to fit alcoves and they look amazing ! From start to finish the customer service was excellent, all my stupid questions answers and suggestions to make everything look even better was no problem to Scott. The workmanship is superb and the prices very reasonable for the quality. Quick delivery as well. All in all can 100% recommend , will most definately use again.

What a lovely experience from start to finish. I was looking for a table with specific measurements to fit in with my furniture and to house some HiFi equipment. I received a very quick response and was provided with a set of 3D drawings. Delivery was quick and the table was very well packed. Super impressed with the table which is lovely and very well made. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again.

Our radiators were very awkward sizes and quite low, and the standard radiator covers in the market just wouldn’t be long enough or have the fit we were looking for. I came across True North Bespoke on Facebook and messaged them immediately. My million and one questions were answered with no hesitation, and they were very patient with me! The trust and honesty from them made this entire process so much easier, and we had no worries. We wanted very specific measurements and design, and they delivered beyond our expectations! From start to finish, it was nothing less than amazing - we were very well informed! The turnaround of the work was so much quicker than we expected, and the quality is absolutely brilliant! We couldn’t be more happier with them. We were advised how to paint it and what to do to give it a perfect finish as we opted for plain MDF. After we had painted it, they looked even better. True North Bespoke produced a bespoke hall table for me. I initially contacted them and they were extremely helpful with the advice they gave me. I wanted the table top to match the herringbone flooring that I had in my hall. I eventually posted the wood pieces that I had left from my floor and they produced this lovely table even matching with an oak trim surround with the exact colour. You cannot see a join and the table is just perfection. From start to finished they stayed in touch with me answering emails in minutes from me sending them. The table was turned around within a week from order to delivery. I would have no hesitation in recommending True North Bespoke - Fantastic !!!

From ordering to delivery it only took a few days. All special requests and requirements taken care off, packaged really well for transit and it the detail and build quality is unmatched.

Brilliant service, we ordered a few weeks before Christmas 2023 and our mantle was delivered in time for Christmas day so thanks for that. Mantle looks brilliant and you can tell its great craftmanship, really sets the tone of our living room as a focal point above our stove.
