Lead Times for Production

We always aim to stick to the estimated lead times, which are displayed at the top of our website in the banner. However, factors such as material availability or production complexity may occasionally cause delays. If anything significant changes, we will keep you updated.

Local Collection

If local collection is selected, we will notify you by email once your order is ready. Collection times must be arranged in advance, and items should be collected within 3 working days unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is on its way, we will provide an estimated delivery date where possible. While we aim to meet this, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to potential courier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

We offer a few shipping options for your convenience:

  • Free delivery (where offered)
  • Large goods delivery (a surcharge may apply for oversized items)
  • Local collection (free)

At present, we deliver within the United Kingdom only. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Damaged or Lost Items

We take care to package items securely. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible in line with our Refund Policy.
