Product Overview+

A reliable, well-balanced sapele chopping board designed for everyday use.

Each board is handmade from carefully selected solid sapele, creating a durable preparation surface that feels stable in use without becoming overly heavy or cumbersome.

The clean, straight-sided design and chamfered edges give it a simple, timeless appearance, while the rich natural colour and grain of sapele bring a warmer, more distinctive character to the kitchen.

Depending on the natural width, grain and availability of the timber, your board may be made from a single solid piece or from carefully jointed sections of solid sapele. This allows us to maintain the required size, strength and stability while keeping the finished design consistent.

Finished by hand with a smooth, practical surface, the Everyday range is designed for regular food preparation, serving and display.

Natural variation in grain, colour and construction is part of the character of real timber and means no two boards will be exactly the same.

Natural Character
Natural variation in colour, grain and figure is part of the character of solid sapele. Occasional small knots, checks or other natural features may also be present. Where needed, these may be stabilised using a suitably coloured wood filler or epoxy. As these materials differ from the surrounding timber, filled areas will remain visible to some degree in the finished board.

Hand wash only. Do not soak or place in a dishwasher.
Maintenance
