A made-to-measure MDF radiator cover with a clean slatted design, chamfered detailing and a simple modern finish, supplied ready for the client to paint.
Behind the build
This made-to-measure radiator cover was built from MDF, with a clean slatted design that keeps the overall look modern while still allowing plenty of airflow around the radiator.
The top was made from two layers of 12mm MDF to give it a little more presence, while the main body used a combination of 9mm and 18mm board to create crisp lines and a solid, well-proportioned finish.
A chamfered edge detail helped soften the shape and added a subtle bit of interest without making the design feel overworked.
The piece was supplied ready for the client to paint in their chosen colour, giving them the flexibility to match it properly to the room while keeping the build itself simple, practical and made to fit.
