This rustic dining table was built from solid timber, with the top aged by hand to create a warmer, more lived-in finish and plenty of surface character.
The standout detail was the faux live edge, shaped to mimic the natural curves and irregularities of a slab while keeping the overall build more controlled and practical.
The tabletop was paired with black steel legs from The Hairpin Leg Co., keeping the base simple and letting the timber remain the main focus.
Once complete, the table was finished with a satin protective coat to make it suitable for everyday use while preserving the aged appearance and depth of the grain.
