This bespoke garden bridge was built from pressure-treated timber, designed to add both character and practical access across a garden pond.
The brief was for something decorative but sturdy enough for regular foot traffic, so the build focused on strength, stability and simple proportions that suited the surrounding garden.
Decorative post caps were added to finish the structure and give it a more refined look, helping the bridge feel like a considered feature rather than just a practical crossing point.
The finished piece worked as both a functional part of the garden and a focal point in its own right.
